Returns & Exchanges

At CULTIVER, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original linen bags and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
